The Rental Process
Application Process
Thank you for your interest in one of our properties. I have tried to automate the process as best as possible for all parties.

Complete online application and pay application fee online. Go to:
Each adult over the age of 18 must submit an application online. Pay $45 application fee online. Email addresses are required on the application. If there is no email address enter none@none.com. You can not proceed to the next page without the mandatory fields filled in. We do require at least 3 times the monthly rent in income to qualify.

Email ATouchofClassPM@gmail.com a copy of your driver’s license and last 2 paystubs. (scan or take a picture with your smart phone )

We will process the application. If approved, we will prepare the lease and send it to you for a digital signature via Docusign. Please be sure that I have a valid email address in the application.

The first months rent and the security deposit will need to be in the form of a certified check. We need 2 separate certified checks from the bank and made payable to A Touch of Class Prop. Mgmt. to the above address.

Future rent payments can be paid online at www.paylease.com. We will set up an account with your name and the property address.

Monthly rental payments can be made via www.Paylease.com or you can send me a VOIDED Check and we can deduct payment from your account on the first of the month.

If you are working with an agent, please have them email me your name, the property address and their MRIS #.
